Name a prominent European pro, and Kenyon has probably worked with him. This year alone, his past or present pupils comprised seven of the 12-man Euro Ryder Cup team, including British Open champion Francesco Molinari, Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood.

Justin Buckthorp is what I would call my health & performance coach – he’s much more than a fitness trainer. He looks after my nutrition and pretty much everything that goes into performing well. He’s built a brand around what he does, which is called 360 Health and Performance. He also finished his Masters in nutrition, so I’m getting all the benefits of his knowledge and we use that in many different ways. Obviously, through getting fitter, stronger, but staying healthy.

In addition to putting and green reading, Jason and I work together extensively on my mental game and shot routines. Jason has guided me using techniques that quiet my mind and sharpen my focus. He has worked with several of the top 20 players on Tour and also has an expansive practice within the European, LPGA, collegiate and amateur ranks, as well as other major sports such as football, baseball, basketball, volleyball and tennis. Using state-of-the-art tools and a unique approach to mindfulness, Jason has the ability to blend the technical and non-technical aspects of my game in a way that helped me achieve the Olympic Gold Medal, FedEx Cup Championship and the World #1 ranking.

Paul McDonnell, aka "Macca" has grown up with Justin since they first met at North Hants Golf Club in Fleet. Macca worked for TaylorMade Adidas Golf from 1999 to 2014 on the European Tour. He moved to Excel Sports Management in 2014 and heads up the European division in golf. He is the longest standing Team Rose member and an interesting fact is that he was best man at Justin's wedding.

Mark Steinberg is a sports agent who has been representing top golfers since 1992. He is the world's premier golf agent and one of four partners of Excel Sports Management, the world's third most valuable agency. His impressive client list includes one of the biggest names in all of sports, Tiger Woods as well as Justin Thomas and Matt Kuchar. Previously, he led the global golf division of the large corporate sports agency IMG. While there, Steinberg shaped the careers of many golfers, including Steve Stricker and Annika Sörenstam.
